1. Services
Colortok Club provides an AI-powered image generation platform where users can:
- Generate images using membership credits or evergreen credits.
- Share their generated images with the Colortok Club community or make them publicly available.
Subscription and Credits
- Subscription Credits:
- Depending on the selected membership tier, users receive a monthly allotment of credits (“Subscription Credits”).
- Subscription Credits are valid only during the subscription period and do not carry over to the next month.
- Evergreen Credits:
- Evergreen Credits can be purchased separately and do not expire.
- These credits remain valid as long as your account is active.
2. Ownership and Licensing of Generated Images
- All images generated via Colortok Club are royalty-free and can be used for personal or commercial purposes.
- By default, images generated by you are private unless you choose to share them.
Sharing Images
- If you choose to share your images with the community or make them publicly available:
- You do so at your own risk.
- Others may download, use, modify, or distribute these images without restriction.
- You waive all rights to control how shared images are used by others.
3. Membership and Payment Terms
- Membership Plans:
- Membership fees are charged on a recurring monthly basis.
- You can cancel your membership at any time, but refunds will not be provided for unused credits or partial months.
- Credit Purchases:
- All purchases of Subscription Credits or Evergreen Credits are final and non-refundable.
- Failure to Pay:
- If payment fails, your membership and access to Subscription Credits may be suspended.
- Evergreen Credits remain available if purchased separately.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use Colortok Club to:
- Generate images that are illegal, harmful, offensive, or violate third-party rights.
- Engage in activities that could harm the platform or its users.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Liability and Disclaimers
- Platform Availability:
- While we strive to maintain uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.
- Generated Content:
- We are not responsible for the content generated by users or how shared images are used by others.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of generated images complies with applicable laws.
6. Account Termination
- You may cancel your membership at any time.
- We reserve the right to terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.
7. Privacy
